• Line of Credit: this is like a pre-approved limit. It works like a credit card where limit is pre- set and customer can use whenever they want up to the limit set.
• Land Acquisition funding: this limit generally funded to land developers and also some time to builders to acquire land for their project.
• Minimum Funding: 5Crs
• Maximum funding: up to 300Crs and it cannot be more than 50% of construction cost
• Tenor: depends on size of the project
• Target market: Any Builder or Developer
• Collateral Security: Same property where construction will be done. In case of Joint Venture only builders share can be pledged and in the case of own property entire land will be given as collateral security.
